(1) You do not have to give us personal information to visit our site.

(2) Personal data is only collected to verify your address for delivery
of goods, and to confirm you are the valid user of a given credit card.

(3) We do not store your credit card details, all shopping is done real
time, with a direct, secure connection from our site to PayPal.

(4) We do not give, sell or transfer any personal information to a
third party.

Delivery

Deliveries in the UK using Royal Mail First Class or Second Class Recorded Delivery, guaranteed dispatch within 3 working days of order.

For international deliveries Om Padma accepts no responsibility for duties and taxes for the importing country.

Packaging

To be kind to the environment Om Padma tries to minimise packaging, consistent with the safe delivery of your goods. We have just invested in some recycled paper sacks which seem to do the job beautifully. However, if you have suggestion on how we could improve our packaging consistent with this principle then we would love to hear from you. Above all we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Om Padma order, please return within 14 days of purchase in original condition to:

Om Padma, Scrumbles Hollow, 45 Goonbell, St Agnes, Cornwall, TR5 0PH.

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Full refund will be made within 5 working days of receipt of unwanted product, through Paypal.

If you find your Om Padma goods are faulty then we are very happy to provide a replacement or a refund. Please contact lou(at)ompadma.co.uk to discuss arragements for the return of faulty goods.
